1. Order Processing


1 Orders are usually reviewed, packed, and prepared for dispatch after payment confirmation and
successful order verification.
2 Orders submitted on Fridays, public holidays, or outside normal business handling hours may be
processed on the next working day.
3 During sale periods, product launches, or unusually high order volumes, processing may take slightly
longer than normal.


2. Delivery Areas Within the UAE


1 CEA Trading arranges delivery across the UAE through third-party courier and delivery partners,
subject to service availability in the customer’s area.
2 Delivery coverage may vary for remote or restricted locations. If a specific address cannot be served,
the customer will be contacted using the order details provided.


3. Estimated Delivery Time


1 Standard delivery within the UAE is generally completed within 1 to 5 working days from dispatch,
depending on the delivery emirate, route availability, and courier operations.
2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays,
address-access limitations, building security procedures, or courier delays outside CEA Trading’s
reasonable control.
3 For time-sensitive purchases, customers should place orders early and ensure that all delivery details
are accurate at checkout.


4. Shipping Charges


1 Any applicable delivery fee, promotional free-shipping offer, or minimum-order threshold will be shown
clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
2 From time to time, CEA Trading may update shipping fees, minimum cart values, promotional
thresholds, or delivery conditions. The charges shown at checkout for the customer’s order will apply to
that purchase.


5. Order Confirmation and Tracking


1 Once an order has been accepted, the customer may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS,
WhatsApp, or other contact method used during checkout.
2 Where tracking is available through the assigned courier, CEA Trading will share the tracking details
after dispatch or make them available through the order communication channel.


6. Customer Delivery Responsibilities


1 Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate UAE delivery address, valid mobile
number, and any building, villa, apartment, landmark, gate, or access instructions required for
successful delivery.
2 If delivery is delayed, returned, or unsuccessful because of incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable
contact details, CEA Trading may need to reschedule delivery and may charge any additional redelivery cost where applicable.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts


1 If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, refuses the shipment without
valid reason, or cannot be reached by the courier, the order may be returned, re-attempted, or held
according to the courier’s operating procedure.
2 If a returned order requires re-dispatch, additional delivery charges may apply unless the failed delivery
was caused by an error attributable to CEA Trading or its logistics partner.


8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items


1 Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
2 If an item arrives damaged, defective on arrival, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer should contact
CEA Trading promptly and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with the order number and clear
supporting photos where relevant.
3 CEA Trading will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable remedy in line with
applicable UAE consumer protection requirements and the store’s return / refund terms.


9. Delays Outside Reasonable Control


1 CEA Trading is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside its reasonable control,
including severe weather, road restrictions, government action, public emergencies, courier disruption,
force majeure events, or incorrect customer information.
2 Where possible, CEA Trading will provide updated communication if a material delay affecting
dispatched orders becomes known.


10. Transfer of Possession


1 An order will generally be considered delivered once it is handed to the customer, left at the delivery
location in accordance with the delivery instructions, or otherwise recorded as delivered by the logistics
partner under the agreed delivery method.
2 Customers should ensure that delivery instructions are safe, clear, and appropriate, especially where
unattended delivery has been requested.


11. UAE Consumer Rights


1 Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable
laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2 This policy should be read together with CEA Trading’s Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, and any
